JUDGMENT

1. The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that his representation, seeking a transfer to Kanpur, to be with his wife, invoking the policy of spouse posting, is still pending with the respondents.

2. Mr. Harshit Goel, learned counsel for the respondents, submits that if the Court so directs, the respondents will pass a decision on the petitioner’s representation within the time fixed by the Court.

3. Accordingly, the respondents are directed to treat this writ petition as a representation and take a decision on the petitioner’s W.P.(C) 13026/2025 request for transfer within a period of four weeks from today.

4. Needless to say, should the petitioner continue to remain aggrieved, his rights in law shall remain reserved.

5. The petition is disposed of, in the aforesaid terms.
