JUDGMENT

1. By this application, the petitioner seeks rectification of a clerical mistake which had occurred in our Judgment dated 28.08.2025, wherein, in paragraph 3, it was stated that the petitioner was appointed as Senior Technical Assistant (STA) (Soil Conservation) Grade-II with the respondent no.1 in the year 2019. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was, in fact, appointed to the aforesaid post in the year 2014. CM APPL. 66817/2025

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that an advance copy of this application has been served upon the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. Despite such service, none has appeared for the respondents.

4. Since the present application only seeks formal rectification of a typographical error, we do not deem it necessary to issue a formal notice to the respondents.

5. Accordingly, the Judgment dated 28.08.2025 shall stand modified, and Paragraph 3 thereof shall now be read as under:-

“3. The petitioner had filed the above O.A., contending therein that he was appointed as Senior Technical Assistant (STA) (Soil Conservation) Grade-II with the respondent no.1 in the year 2014. He was placed at Serial No.2, while the respondent no.2 was placed at Serial No.4.”

6. The application stands disposed of.

7. A copy of this Order shall also be uploaded as a Corrigendum to our Judgment dated 28.08.2025.
