ORDER
1. The Court has been shown the Office Memorandum dated 13^^ April, 2018 issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs (Police- II Division) whereby the benefit of the Old Pension Scheme has been decided to be extended tc all similar cases on par with the Petitioners in W.P.(C) No.3834/2013 which was allowed by the order dated 12'"^ February, 2015 of this Court. The 2019:DHC:7936-DB operative portion of the above office memorandum dated 13^'^ April, 2018 reads as under: "Now, the Competent Authority desires that all other CAPFs (except BSF) may also check their record and if any similar case is found they may examine & take appropriate action on the similar lines by taking reliance ofBSF case, to avoid similar litigation in future."
2. TheCourt is informed thatsome ofthepresent Petitioners have already been granted this benefit and in the case ofcertain others, the benefit will be extended in due course, subject to scrutiny.
3. In that view of the matter, no further directions are called for except granting liberty to the Petitioners to approach the Court in the event that in terms ofthe OM dated 13'*^ April, 2018, they do not receive the benefit.
4. The petitions are disposed of in above terms. No costs.
