JUDGMENT

1. In this petition, petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No.110/2015, under Sections 409/420/467/471/477A/201/120-B IPC, registered at police station EOW, New Delhi.

2. Status report filed reveals that dismissal of petitioner’s bail application has been already affirmed by the Supreme Court in November, 2017.

3. Petitioner’s counsel points out that thereafter evidence has come on record, which justifies grant of bail to petitioner-accused.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State informs that matter is coming up before the trial court for cross-examination of Investigating Officer on 14th January, 2019. 2019:DHC:79 Bail Appl. 1485/2018

5. Since the trial of this case is at the fag end, therefore, I am not inclined to grant bail to petitioner-accused. However, a direction is issued to trial court to expedite trial of this case and to conclude recording of evidence preferably within two weeks from the date already fixed.

6. With aforesaid directions, this application is disposed of.

7. A copy of this order be sent forthwith to trial court for compliance.
