Counsel for the State submits that the cancellation report has been filed in case FIR No.319/2016 registered at PS Sarita Vihar before the learned
Metropolitan Magistrate on 27'^ October,2018. In view ofthe statement of learned proxy counsel for learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petitions with liberty to take remedies in case an order adverse to the report is passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate. Leave and liberty granted.
Both the petitions and all the applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
