ORDER
1. Petitioner impugns order dated 12.12.2017 whereby the application of the petitioner under Section 156(3) Cr. P.O. seeking registration ofthe FIR has been rejected by the trial court.
2. Learned Addl. PP, under instructions, submits that as several complaints were received, the matter was investigated again and commission of cognizable offence was made out and accordingly an CRL.REV.P.288 & 289/2018 2019:DHC:7755 FIR on the complaint of the petitioner has been registered on 31.07.2018 being FIR No. 155/2018,Police Station EOW.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since FIR has already been registered and he does not wish to press the present petitions.
