Petitioner seeks bail in FIR No. 523/2016 under Sections
365/364A/387/420/511/468/471 of IPC, registered at police station
Vasant Kunj North, New Delhi.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State submits that as per status report on record, the investigation of this case was handed over to CBI and after completion of investigation, a closure report has been filed by the CBI.s
Copy of the closure report has been handed over and is taken on record.

It is stated that the matter is now coming up before the trial court on 23rd January, 2019.
Without commenting on the merits of the closure report, it is directed that petitioner be admitted to bail subject to his furnishing bail bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- with one local surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.
This application is accordingly disposed of Dasti.
