16.01.2019 After some hearing learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the petition and states that the petition may be treated as
2019:DHC:7938-DB representation to the respondent, who should examine and responds within shortest time.
We take the statement on record and dispose of the writ petition with the observation that the same would be treated as a representation to the respondent, who would examine the same as soon as possible. It will be open for the counsel for the petitioner to file an application for revival ofthe present petition, ifnecessary and so advised.
