Petitioner is the husband of complainant/first informant of FIR NO. 218/18, under Sections 498A/406/377/34 of IPC, registered at police station Roop Nagar, Delhi, who seeks pre- arrest bail in this petition while submitting that petitioner has already joined the investigation.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely trapped in this case.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State submits that petitioner is not cooperating in the investigation.
Let petitioner appear before the Investigating Officer on 1st February, 2019 at 05:00 p.m. and thereafter, as and when called. The
