Learned counsel for parties submit that the aforesaid compromise and settlement deed has been acted upon and so, the complaint in question and the summoning order be quashed.
In view of the stand taken as aforesaid, Complaint Case NO. 466295/2016, and the summoning order of 22nd November, 2017 is hereby quashed.
This petition and the application are accordingly disposed of.
