JUDGMENT
(ORAL)

1. Petitioner seeks quashing of case FIR No. 380/2021 of PS Delhi Cantt. for offence under Section 279/338 IPC on the ground that the complainant de facto/injured (respondent no.2) has compromised the disputes with the petitioner.

2. Respondent no.2 is present with his counsel and is identified by IO/HC Kuldeep Singh. As reflected from record, State has no serious objection to this petition. In furtherance of previous record, respondent no.2 submits that now he has received the complete settlement amount of CRL.M.C.4706/2025 pages Rs.80,000/-. Detailed statements of parties have already been recorded by the concerned Joint Registrar.

3. Respondent no.2 categorically states that he does not wish to pursue prosecution of petitioner.

4. In view of previous record and the aforesaid, I am satisfied that it shall be in the interest of justice, not to push the parties through trial.

5. Therefore the petition is allowed and FIR No. 380/2021 of PS Delhi Cantt. for offence under Section 279/338 IPC as well as proceedings arising out of the same are quashed.
