Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in FIR 639/17, under Sections
147/148/149/307/325/341/427/452/34 of IPC, registered at police station
Burari, North Delhi while claiming that petitioner and his father were grievously injured by the complainant and other co-accused who were armed with rods and dandas. It is submitted by petitioner’s counsel that instant FIR is a counter blast to FIR No. 610/2017, which was registered at the instance of petitioner’s father and in the said FIR, offence under
Section 307 IPC has been added because of the grievous injuries caused to petitioner.
Upon notice, Mr. M.P. Singh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State submits that non-bailable warrants have been issued against petitioner, as petitioner is evading his arrest in the instant FIR.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to join the investigation and will appear before the Investigating Officer as and when directed.
Let petitioner appear before the Investigating Officer on 1st February, 2019 at 05:00 p.m. and thereafter, as and when called. The outcome of the investigation and also the MLC of petitioner, be placed on record before this Court by way of status report within 12 weeks.
List on 15th May, 2019. Till then, subject to petitioner joining and cooperating with the investigation of this case, he be not arrested in this case.
