ORDER
1. Learned counsel for the Respondents does not dispute that both these writ petitions can be disposed of in terms of the order dated 22"^^ January, 2019 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.641/2019 {Ex.-Head Constable/GD Sanjeev Kumar v UOI).
2. Consequently, these petitions are permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to first approach the Respondents with proper notices setting out full particulars of each of the Petitioners separately, as stated by learned counsel 2019:DHC:7856-DB o for the Respondents. Thereafter, if there is no response forthcoming within the time indicated hereafter or the response does not satisfactorily address the grievance of the Petitioners, then to approach the Courtby way of fresh petitions.
3. It is directed that if the individual notices are sent to the Respondents within the next three months, the Respondents will process the said notices and give their replies individually within a ftirther period of three months thereafter with a copy to the counsel for the Petitioners who sent such notices.
4. The petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with libertyas prayed for.
5. Dasti under the signatures ofthe Court Master.
