Petitioner seeks bail in FIR 503/2015, under Section 439 Cr.P.C. r/w Section 482 Cr. P.C., registered at police station New Friends
Colony, New Delhi on the ground that the evidence of the complainant/first informant is discrepant.
Learned counsel for petitioner has sought to point out the discrepancy regarding the date and time of incident to submit that the prosecution version is not reliable.
Upon hearing and on perusal of copy of deposition of the complainant/first informant, I prima facie find discrepancies pointed out in the version of complainant, do not justify grant of bail to
