1. Proxy counsel for the petitioners submitted that he has moved an application for the removal of the name of the accused Nitin Chaudhary from the bad character list before the competent authority and he may be allowed to withdraw the petitions with the liberty to file fresh petitions on the same ground if the name of the accused Nitin Chaudhary is removed from the bad character list. 2019:DHC:7630
