1. Petitioner, by the present petition, seeks interim bail for a period of two months on the ground that the mother of the petitioner has been advised surgery.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the mother of the petitioner has been admitted to hospital and surgery is advised for 25.01.2019. The requisite medical documents have been handed over to the Investigating Officer.

3. As per the medical report, postoperative recovery period is 15 days. 2019:DHC:454 BAIL APPLN. 67/2019

4. Petitioner was granted interim bail by order dated 17.01.2019 for a period of one week. The interim bail, granted to the petitioner by order dated 17.01.2019, is extended till 06.02.2019 on the same sureties. Petitioner shall surrender on 06.02.2019 to the concerned Jail Superintendent.

5. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
