15.02.2019 In view of the order passed today in WP(Crl.) 411/2019, the learned counsel for respondent no.2/ complainant submits that should the petitioner deposit the entire agreed amount i.e. Rs. 80 lacs, respondent no.2/complainantshall withdraw the two complainants.
The learned counsel for the petitioner says that an amount of
Rs.80lacs will be deposited within a week's time. Upon proofofthe
2019:DHC:7966 V \l- deposit ofthe said monies in the Court,the complainant undertakes to withdraw her complaints.
In view ofthe above,the petitions are disposed off.
