JUDGMENT

1. By this petition, the petitioner seeks transfer of petition being RC/ARC No.937/2016; titled as Virendra Gaur Vs. Subhash Chander Tandon (since deceased) represented through his legal heirs from the court of Ms. Harleen Singh, Senior Civil Judge-cum-Rent Controller, East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, to the Court of Rent Controller/Additional Rent Controller, Shahdara, Karkardooma, Delhi.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the property in question falls in Shahdara District.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents No.1 and 2 has no objection as the property in question is situated in Shahdara District. 2019:DHC:1078 Tr.P. (C) No.181/2018

4. In the circumstances, petition being RC/ARC No.937/2016) is withdrawn from the court of Ms. Harleen Singh, learned Senior Civil Judge-cum-Rent Controller, East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, and is transferred to the court of learned Rent Controller, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Court, Delhi for disposal in accordance with law.

5. The transfer petition is disposed of accordingly. The parties are directed to appear before the learned Rent Controller, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Court, Delhi on 07.03.2019.
