JUDGMENT
1. Various civil suits are pending between the petitioner and the respondents, four of them in different courts at Shahdara District, two in East District, (Karkardooma Court complex) and three in Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.
2. The petitioner seeks transfer of the following six civil suits between the parties from Karkardooma Court complex to Central District, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi where three civil suits between the 2019:DHC:1107 parties are pending. 4. During the course of arguments, learned senior counsel for the petitioner has placed on record a copy of the order dated 09.01.2019 of this Court in transfer petition (Crl.) 1/2018 to contend that several criminal cases, which were pending in different courts at Karkardooma Court Complex between the parties were ordered to be transferred on consent of the respondents to Tis Hazari Court where some criminal cases were also pending between them. The learned counsel for the respondent no.1 to 7 does not oppose the relief sought. For the expediency of justice, the cases bearing no.1 to 6 mentioned above, are ordered to be transferred to the corresponding courts at Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. They shall be assigned to the appropriate court of jurisdiction by the learned District & Sessions Judge, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi for disposal in accordance with law.
5. The parties are directed to appear before the learned District & Sessions Judge, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 05.03.2019. The transfer petition is disposed of accordingly in above terms.
