JUDGMENT

1. Ms. Iram Majid, learned CGSC for the respondents submits on instructions that this writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondents to treat the writ petition as a representation in a time bound frame for consideration thereof.

2. Accordingly, we dispose of this writ petition directing the respondents to treat this writ petition as a representation and pass a detailed and speaking order thereon within a period of six weeks from today. The decision as and when taken shall be communicated to the petitioner forthwith. Should the petitioner continue to remain W.P.(C) 13540/2025 aggrieved his remedies in law would remain reserve.
