04.02.2019 After some hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on her instructions, she being present in person with him in the court, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw these petitions, the petitioner reserving to right to press and prosecute an application under Section 311 Cr.P.C., which is pending before the trial court for appropriate orders in accordance with law and,thereafter,pursue the matter further.
Both the petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. _
