05.02.2019 After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner says the petitioner shall not challenge the impugned order on merits if some more time is granted to the petitioner to vacate the premises.
Though the learned counsel for the petitioner asks to two years'time
2019:DHC:7947 II but the same is not aecepted by learned eounsel for the respondent.
In the eireumstances, the petitioner to vacate the premises on or before 4"'May,2020. The payment ofuser/oecupation charges shall continued to be paid as per order dated 23''''November,2017till date, however, the user and occupation charges shall be reduced to
Rs.12,000/- pm w.e.f. 1®' March, 2019 till vacation ofthe premises.
The charges shall be payable on or before v"'ofeach calendar month.
The water and electricity charges shall be paid as per actuals. The usual undertaking to this effect shall be filed by the petitioner within four weeks from today. Any default in the payment of user/oeeupation charges shall entail eviction forthwith.
The petitions along with pending applications stand disposed of in terms ofabove.
