JUDGMENT
1. On an advance copy of the petition having been served, Mr. Devesh Dubey, Advocate appearing for Mr. Devesh Singh, Additional Standing Counsel for Government of NCT of Delhi (ASC), has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent. Notice. He accepts the notice.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent states that in terms of the order dated 22.07.2018, the Deputy Commissioner of Police 2019:DHC:1408 CONT.CAS.(C) 190/2019 (South) shall pass the appropriate order within a week, which shall be communicated to the petitioner accordingly.
