Learned ASC submits that in terms of the order dated 19.11.2018, the petitioner had appeared before the Deputy Commissioner of Police (South), on 27.11.2018 (forenoon). 2019:DHC:1409 CONT.CAS.(C) 191/2019 He further submits that the DCP shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a week and communicate the decision to the petitioner.
