JUDGMENT
1. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition as the same has become infructuous in view of notification dated 14.02.2019 of this court posting Ms. Madhu Jain as Additional Principle Judge, Family Court, West District.
2. As such, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to move appropriate application, if any, before trial court for an expeditious disposal of the case.
