Settlement Agreement dated 15.02.2019, courtesy the Delhi High Court
2019:DHC:7728 Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The document is on record. The learned counsel for the parties state upon instructions that the parties shall remain bound by the terms ofthe said Settlement Agreement. The appellants were to pay an amount of Rs.20 lacs to the respondent as of today. The said amount has been received by the respondent.
The petition is disposed off in terms of the said Settlement
Agreement.
