Rev. Pet. 111/2019
JUDGMENT

1. This is a review petition filed by the Food Corporation of India seeking review of order dated February 08, 2019. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that in para 8 of the order this Court had recorded “the only submission made by Mr. Om Prakash, learned counsel appearing for the appellant Food Corporation of India” is not correct as he had raised an issue of the maintainability of the petition. 2019:DHC:1597-DB LPA 282/2017

2. We are not impressed by the submission made by the counsel as that is the submission made and so recorded in para 8 and also answered by us in para 10.

3. We do not see any reason to review the order dated February 08, 2019. The review petition is dismissed.
