Ex.F.A.7/2019 and CM No.12794/2019 Vide the present petition, the appellant seeks the setting aside ofthe order dated 8.3.2019 and 11.2.2019 ofthe learned Trial Court ofthe Additional DistrictJudge-05(South)in Execution no.849/2017 submitting to the effect that the learned Trial Court has denied the appellant the right to file objections to the execution petition and issued warrants of attachment against the bank account of the appellant's company. The proceedings dated 11.2.2019 and 8.3.2019 of the learned Trial Court do not indicate that any objections were even soughtto be filed.
In the circumstances,no such contentions as soughtto be raised through para 21 of the appeal filed can be accepted. The appeal against the said orders is thus declined.
