JUDGMENT
1. The only prayer in this petition is for a direction to the respondents to decide the petitioner’s representations dated 28 February 2025 and 28 March 2024.
2. Accordingly, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the respondents to pass a reasoned and speaking order on the said representations within a period of four weeks from today.
3. Order as and when passed shall be communicated to the petitioner forthwith. Should the petitioner continue to remain aggrieved, the right to re-approach the Court shall remain reserved. W.P.(C) 13793/2025
4. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
