JUDGMENT
1 Learnedcounselforthepetitionerssubmittedthatthearevision P i^eciii xTTiP^ Act New Delhi • „nino before the Special Judge,NDPS Act, !;:::Lorder\ated 14.3.2019andthene.date ofhearingis 2019:DHC:7531 •fir" 5.4.2019. 2, Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that his only grievanceisthatthesuretyamountmaybereducedandthepetitioners may be directedtofurnish bailbondsinthesum ofRs.1.[5] iacseach for each case subject to outcome of the revision petition pending beforetheRevision Courtandin view ofthependencyoftherevision petitionbeforetheRevisionCourt,theTrialCourtmaybedirectednot to pass any adverse orderregardingthe bail bonds until the revision petitionis decided bytheRevision Court.
3. In view ofthe above,the Revision Courtis directed to decide the revision petition at the earliest preferably in the month ofApril, 2019itselfandthe Trial Courtis directedto waitforthe outcome of therevisionpetitionfiledagainsttheorderdated 14.3.2019.
4. Meanwhile,the petitionersshallfurnishthe separate bailbonds without prejudice to the rights and contentions ofthe parties in the sum ofRs.1.[5] lacs in each case before the Trial Court,subjectto the outcomeoftherevisionpetition pendingbeforetheRevisionCourt.
5. Learned counselforthepetitionerssubmittedthatin viewofthe aforesaid directions, he may be allowed to withdraw the petitions. Accordingly, the petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications are also dismissed aswithdrawn.
