ORDER

1. After some hearing, learned senior counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from Mr.Gunwant Singh Saluja, Director of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing to amicably resolve the matter through mediation. It is further submitted that considering that both the parties are 2019:DHC:7909 real brothers,the petitioner asa goodwill gesture does notpress this petition.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the reference ofthis matter to mediation.

3. List before the matter before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre today itselfat 03:00 PM. Mr.J.P.Singh,Learned Senior Advocate is requested to mediate between the parties.

4. This court appreciates the assistance made by Mr.Akhil Sibal, Learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner.

5. The petitions are disposed of in tenns of the statement of the petitioner.

6. Pending applications are disposed of.
