Learned counsel for petitioner has handed over copy of the mediated settlement of2E'February,2019. In terms ofthe paragraph NO. 7 of the aforesaid mediated settlement, this petition is sought to be withdrawn.
While taking on record the copy of aforesaid mediated settlement, this petition and the applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
