ORDER
1. These petitipns are being disposed ofby a common order,hpwever,they have been heard separately. The short prayers in the present petitions is for directions to the Land Acquisition Collector (West) to epnsider the past orders pn the applications/representations made by the Petitioners seeking a reference for proper adjudication of their claims for cpnipensatioh by making a reference to the Court of the Additional District Judge('ADJ') under SeetiPns 30 and 31 ofthe Land AcquisitiPn Act,1894. -» V /
2. The copies of the representations are enclosed with each of the writ petitions as Annexure P-1. On 22""^ January 2019,the Court permitted the Petitioners to file the corrected copies of Annexure R-2. Counsel for the Petitioners,states that he would be filing the corrected copies of Annexure R-2i.e.the copy ofthe Award,duringthe course ofthe day.
3. Counselforthe Respondentsseeks moretimefor instructions.
4. Considering that the reliefsought is a limited one,the Court directs the Respondents to treat the copies of the representations/applications (which.have been placed as Annexure P-1 with each of the writ petitions) as a representation madeto the LAC.TheLAC will,after hearing the Petitioners, pass appropriate orders thereon, not later than 31®^ July 2019. The dates of hearing should be intimated to thePetitioners atleastten days in advance.
5. the reasoned orders on the applications of the Petitioners will be communicated tothem notlaterthan IS^''August2019.It willbe opentothe Petitioners, if aggrieved by such orders to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
