1. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the petitions without prejudice to the rights and contentions ofthe parties raised in these petitions with the liberty to move an appropriate application/applications before the concerned Court in terms of the order passed by the concerned Court and the settlement arrived at 2019:DHC:7442 between the parties. Aecordingly, the petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed,as perlaw.Pending applications are also dismissed as withdrawn.

2. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits ofthese petitions or on the application/applications which may be filed bythe petitioner.
