2019:DHC:7365 'L Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner's brother and the complainant have reconciled their disputes and the matter has been settled before the counselling cell, family courts, Tis Hazari. Copy of the settlement arrived at between the parties on 22^^ April,2019 has been placed on record.
In view of the fact that parties have settled the matter, this Court deems it fit to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. It is therefore directed that in the event ofarrest the petitioners be released on bail on their fumishing a personal bond in the sum of?5000/- each with one surety bond each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/ SHO concemed, further subject to the condition that the petitioners will join the investigation as and when directed by the investigating officer.
Petitions are disposed of. Order dasti.
