Mr Sahoo,learnedcounselappearingforthe petitionerssubmitsthatthe
Town Vending Committee(TVC)has since been constituted,the petmoners wouldapproachtheTVC.Heseeksadirectiontotherespondenttoconsiderthe case ofthe petitioners and,iffor any reason,the petitioners are not found squatting,thataloneshould notbeagroundtorejecttheircase.Counselrelies

Time was soughtby Mr.Peechara,counsel forthe NDMCto verify t e authenticityofthechallansplacedonrecordbythepetitioners.Hesubmitsthat someofthechallansseemtobesuspicious.However,withoutadmittinganyof the averments made in the petition, Mr.Peechara submits that m case the petitionersapproachtheTVC(atthatstagethechallanswouldalsobeverified), and make an application with all supporting documents before the TVC,t e same would be considered in accordance with law and merely because t e petitionersare notfound squatting,thatitselfalone would notbea groundto rejectthe case ofthe petitioners.
Accordingly,the writpetitionsand allpendingapplicationsaredispose ofwiththefollowing agreed directions:
(i) The petitioners will approach the TVC with all supporting documents;and
