CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIBHU BAKHRU
01.05.2019 The petitioners are medical doctors and their names had been removed from the Indian Medical Register for a period of one year, in terms of the order dated 06.04.2018 passed by the MCI, which is impugned in the present petitions.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that since the petitioners have already suffered the entire punishment, the relief sought by the petitioners has been rendered academic. He seeks to withdraw the present petition. He further requests that since the petitioners have suffered the punishment imposed on them, their names may be restored on the Indian
Medical Register.
Mr Singhdev, learned counsel appearing for the MCI states that the same would have already been done, however, if the names have not been restored, MCI shall take immediate steps for restoring the names of the petitioners in the Indian Medical Register. MCI is bound down by the said
