1 Mr.Gogna informs me that yesterday i.e. 01.05.2019,a demand draft in the sum of Rs.3,80,65,709/- has been deposited with the Registry ofthis Court. The details ofthis demand draft, as furnished by Mr.Gogna,are as follow:- No. Dated Favouring 428108 23.04.2019 Registrar General, DelhiHigh Court 2 In these circumstances, Mr. Gogna says that he would have no difficulty if the Registry were to liquidate the demand draft and release the amountto the decree holder. 3 Accordingly,the Registry will liquidate the demand draft and release the money to the decree holder forthwith, though, not later than 10 daysfrom the receiptofcopy ofthis order.
4 Ms. Gupta says that in view of the directions passed by this Court, the enforcement petition can be closed. It is ordered accordingly.
