JUDGMENT

3. Learned APP submitted that the petitioners have joined investigation and the charge-sheet shall be submitted within a period of ten days. Learned APP further submitted that the petitioners are cooperating and have not been arrested.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have not been arrested so far and in case ehargesheet is filed by the prosecution, he may be moving an applieation under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 before the competent court. Accordingly, he seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail applications.
5. Accordingly, as prayed,the anticipatory bail applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
