2. This is ajoint petition filed by the parties to seek extension of time for concluding arbitration proceedings.

3. The record shows that on 1.10.2018 I had extended the time for conclusion of arbitration proceedings by a period oftwelve months, albeit, with effectfrom 29.5.2018.

5. The extended period, I am told, is coming to an end on 29.5.2019.

6. Having regard to the time and money invested by the parties,I am inclined to extend the time by a further period of four months commencing from 30.5.2019.
