2. Issue notice. 2.[1] Mr. Ghosh, advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent says that he does not wish to file a reply as he has no objection to the prayer made in the petition.

4. The record shows that the learned Arbitrator entered upon reference on 10.11.2017. The record also shows that parties mutually agreed to extend time by a period ofsix months beyond the statutory O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.)184/2019 Page 1 of[2] 2019:DHC:7660 period of 12 months on 27.10.2018. The extended period is, therefore,coming to an end on 9.5.2019.

5. Learned counsel for the parties inform me that the matter is at the stage offinal arguments.

6. Accordingly,having regard to the time and money invested by the parties, I am inclined to extend time for concluding arbitration proceedings and for pronouncement ofthe award by a further period ofsix months commencing from 10.5.2019.
