ORDER
1. Learned APP submitted that the prosecution shall file chargesheet,without arresting the petitioners,within this week.
2. In view of the submission of the learned APP, leamed counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail applications, with liberty to move proper bail applications before the Trial Court.
3. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail applications are dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed. However,it is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits ofthe anticipatory bail applications.
