JUDGMENT
2. Mr. Syali,learned Senior Counsel for the Appellant states that although the grounds in these appeals are not strictly covered under the Indo-UK Mutual Assistance Treaty,in order to effectuate the settlement reached,the Appellants wishto withdraw these appeals as well.
3. The next date i.e. 24^^ July, 2019, fixed in ITA No.307/2018, stands cancelled.
