ORDER
1. Bythese two petitions,petitionerseeks bail in case FIR No.402/2018 2019:DHC:7315 1^, and FIR No.317/2017 under Sections. 454/448/511/365/380/387/ 419/420/467/471/468/34IPG.
2. The allegations againstthe petitioner in FIR No.317/2017registered at PS Maurya Enclave relating to Bail Appn.No.1475/2019 are that one Mohit Sachdeva complained that on the morning of 30^*^ July, 2017, he received acallfrom afamilyfriend statingthatsomebodyhas brokenlocks ofthe gate ofhis property at DU-13,Pitam Pura and tried to trespass. Despite thefactthattwo guards were atthe gate,they wereforcibly driven faroffin acar,forced and pushed bytwo people and laterthe guards were dropped far off. The complainant and his brother reached the spot where they saw 10-12 people led by a lady taking out some oftheir belongings. lying there with theintention to trespassthe property. While leaving,they saw that the trespassers had put two boards, one of Advocate namely Avinash Pandey onthe walls ofthe property. When the police reached the spotthey leftthe spot.

During investigation it was revealed that Ranjeet Kaur,the lady in fronthadpreparedforgeddocumentsofthesaidpropertyandonthestrength ofthose forged document sold the same to Gurpreet Kaur, wife ofManu Behl. Despite efforts,RanjeetKaur could not be arrested and non-bailable warrants were issued against her and later she was declared a proclaimed offender. The petitioner came into picture in the said FIR for the reason electricity and telephone bills ofthe said property had been changed to the name ofthe petitioner namely Jasbir Singh,son ofAmarjeetSingh. It was againrevealedthatonthestrengthofonedocumenti.e.GPAoftheproperty documents pursuant whereto electricity and telephone bills were changed intothenameofthepetitionerhave beensenttoFSLand thereportthereon is still awaited.

While investigation in FIR No.3I7/2017 registered at PS Mauiya Enclave going on, another complaint was received on which FIR No.402/2018 was registered on ll'" October,2018 under Sections 420/34 IPG atPS MauiyaEnclave. The complainantPravesh Kumar Garg in the said complaintstated that the petitionerin connivance with Pawan Kundra agreed topartwiththeownership ofthepropertyinconsideration whereofa sum of Rs,26,00„000/- was transferred by way of a cheque to the petitioner's account and Rs.49,30,000/- was given in,cash though the complainantthereincouldnotshowanyreceiptsofthecashamounts. Inthe ittteiregnum oneFIRNo.75/2018 wasaisoregistered atPSJanipur,Jammu under Sections 4I9/420/467/468/120-B/34 IPG on the complaint ofMohit Sachdeva. FSL Report in FIR No.402/2018 registered at PS Mauiya Enclave is also awaited.
5. The petitioner is in custody since 25'" August, 2018. Necessaiy documentshave beencollected and senttotheFSL. Investigationfrom the petitioner has already been conducted.
6. Gonsidering the factthatthe petitioner has been in custody now for nearly 11 monthsandthetrialislikelytotakesometime,thisCourtdeemsit fittograntbailtothepetitioner. Itis,therefore,directedthatthepetitioner bereleasedonbailintheabovenotedtwoFIRs,onhisfurnishingapersonal bondinthesumofRs.50,000/-ineachofthecasewithonesuretyineachof L V clarified that the petitioner will not leave the country without the prior permission of the Court concerned and in case of change ofresidential address, the same will be intimated to the Court concerned by way of an affidavit.
7. Petitions and applications are disposed of.
