ORDER
1. Learned APP for the State submitted that the petitioners in both the matters have been arrested.
2. None has appeared on behalfofthe petitioners. It seems that in view of the arrest of the petitioners, the petitioners are no more interested in pursuing the petitions. Accordingly, the petitions are dismissed in default.
