1. Learned counsels for both the parties submit that the parties have amicably settled their disputes. The terms ofthe settlement are recorded in the petitioner's affidavit dated 17^*^ December,2019 in W.P.(C)5512/2016. The petitioner has paid the settlement amount to the respective respondents, the details whereofare recorded in para-5 ofthe affidavit.
2. In view ofthe settlement between the parties,the respondents are not entitled for any further amountfrom the petitioner.
3. The writ petitions are disposed ofin terms ofthe settlement between the parties.Pending applications are disposed of.
