ORDER

1. By these petitions, review is sought of the orders dated 1^' November, 2017 passed by this Court dismissing the two writ petitions essentially on the ground that the Petitioners have been unable to demonstrate their locus standito maintain the petitions.

2. Mr.Sumit Bansal,learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners stales that Petitioners would like to withdraw the writ petitions with liberty to file fresh petitions to demonstrate their locus standi.

3. In that view ofthe matter, the order dated C November,2017 is hereby recalled. The review petitions are allowed and the aforementioned writ petitions are restored to file. W.P. (C)7275 and 7278 of2016

4. In view ofthe submission made by learned counsel for the Petitioners,the present writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. The stand taken by the Respondents in their respective counter affidavits are left open to be urged atthe appropriate stage.
