JUDGMENT
MANMOHAN, J: (Oral)

1. Present writ of habeas corpus has been filed seeking custody of the minor daughter Dimple aged about four years on the ground that she had been forcibly taken away by her father.

2. The respondent no.2–husband is personally present in Court along with the minor daughter Dimple. He states that he is desirous that the petitioner-wife along with his two children stay with him. He assures this 2019:DHC:3379-DB W.P.(Crl.) 1905/2019 Court that he would maintain the petitioner as well as his two children in good health to the best of his ability.

3. The petitioner states that she has no objection to residing with respondent no.2 provided they live separately and not with the parents of respondent no.2.

4. Respondent no.2–husband has no objection to the same.

5. The petitioner–wife and respondent no.2–husband are agreeable that the two minor children shall visit the paternal grand-parents at least twice a week for two hours.

6. Recording such consent, the present writ petition and application stand disposed of.
