The learned counsel appearing for the parties state that the issues involved here are covered by an earlier decision ofthis Court in fV.F.(CJ No. 11414/2018 captioned jDelhi Anusuchit Jati Vikas Sagthan v. Departmentfor the Welfare ofSupreme Court/ST/OBC/Minorities And 2019:DHC:7498 Anr.rendered on 23.10.2018.
2. In view ofthe above,the learned counsel appearingforthe petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petitions. The petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.Allpending applications are disposed of.
