JUDGMENT
1. ■ Fresh statusreportstandsfiled.
2. Learned APP for the State, on.the query of the Court, on instructions, submitted that the petitioners have joined the 2019:DHC:7296 investigation.Learned APP further submitted that on the last date of hearing,learned counsel for the petitioners produced CCTV footage ofthe said incidentin which complainantwas seen onthe spotbutno quarrel had taken place and the CCTV footage ofthe incident was analyzed bytheconcernedInvestigating Officer(10)andthespotwas also visited bythe10for verifyingthe facts.
3. Learned APP, on instructions, further submitted that the statements ofeye witnesses have been recorded and they stated that the complainantinjured himselfvoluntarily onthe day oftheincident. Learned APPfurthersubmittedthatthepetitioners arenotrequiredfoi custodial interrogation.

In view ofthe aforesaid facts,the anticipatory bail applications ofthe accused are allowed and it is directed thatin case ofthe an-est ofthe petitioners,they be released on bail subjectto their furnishing personalbondsinthesum ofRs.25,000/-each with one suretyinthe like amount to the satisfaction of SHO/IO.The petitioners shall co operate andjointhe investigation asand when called bythe SHO/IO in writing. Petitioners shall also not prejudice the investigation, tamper withtheevidenceorinfluencethewitnesses m any manner.
5. Accordingly,the anticipatory bail applications stand disposed of.
